AYUMI KAMBARA
Ayumi Kambara is a partner of Matsuo & Kosugi and has been with the firm since January 2010. She handles cases in a variety of different practice areas including corporate matters, litigation, corporate governance, immigration matters and family law.
Kambara has been engaged in litigation regarding real estate cases, construction disputes, monetary claims, etc. She has also been involved in litigation, mediation and other negotiations as a domestic affairs agent in inheritance and matrimony matters. She also has experience supporting foreign clients with the establishment of domestic subsidiaries in Japan negotiating with the Immigration Bureau regarding the status of residence and handling inheritance and divorce cases including where one or more of the parties are living overseas.
